Ian Lazarus has served in a number of senior marketing and management positions including President of The Landis Co., Realtors based in Sea Isle City, NJ. (Landis Co. is a mid-size sales and vacation rental company with over 1,100 rental listings) During Ian's tenure, The Landis Co. was the Number 1 vacation rental company in Sea Isle City.
Ian holds a B.B.A. Degree from Marshall University in Finance. He is Past President of the Cape May County Association of REALTORS and also served on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Association of REALTORS. Since 1984 Ian Lazarus has had tremendous success marketing resort properties in South Jersey.
One of Ian's initial successes was serving as Vice President of Ocean Club Realty, which was the marketing arm of The Ocean Club Condominiums. The Ocean Club Condominiums are a 34 story highrise located on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City. Ian served as Vice President from 1988 until closeout of the project in 1994. He is a licensed NJ Real Estate Broker since 1987 and also holds a Florida real estate salespersons license since 1991.
In addition to holding a number of management positions, he has worked as an independent sales counsultants with a number of franchises. Today Ian continues to remain ahead of the technology curve. He has produced a series of real estate televisions shows, appeared on radio programs, and is an active participant in Social Media.

Kevin O'Brien brings a varied background to the Red Sky Realty Group team. Kevin spent a number of years in a variety or businesses including restaurant management before making the transition to real estate. Upon moving to the Outer Banks, Kevin took a position in vacation rental management.
Working in the Internet Department at Kitty Hawk Rentals led to Kevin creating an Outer Banks vacation portal. It was working on this initial website, that led to his passion for search engine marketing. Immersing himself in the practices of good SEO, search engine optimization, he was able to have his Outer Banks website reach the first page of Google for the area's most competitive keyword, "Outer Banks".
After these small initial successes Kevin, made the transition to building a network of real estate sales websites including, www.realestateouterbanks.org - www.corollanchomes.com - www.sjbeachhomes.com. Success with the network of websites and social media campaigns, led to several million in sales.
As the network of websites continued to generate additional leads Kevin saw the need to build a network of agents. It was a belief, since his first real estate meeting where he was shown the 50-50 commission split, that there had to be a better way to run a brokerage. After working for a number of months with Ian Lazarus an idea for a simple commission structure that would allow a broker to keep up to 98% of their commissions was born.
